The Story
Growing up in Oklahoma, the 405 has always felt like home. But when life took me up to Tacoma for a bit, I kept seeing the 253 Heart everywhere — on cars, storefronts, shirts. It was simple, but it said something real. You could feel the pride people had in where they came from.
That stuck with me.
When I moved back to Oklahoma City, I started noticing that same feeling here — in the storms rolling across the plains, in the electricity of a Thunder game, and in the way this city shows up for each other when it matters most.
That’s where the idea for the 405 Bolt came from.
It’s a symbol of our strength, our momentum, and the identity we share as people who call the 405 home — whether we were born here, moved here, or found our way here later on.
One bolt. One city.
A simple mark with the power to bring people together.
